They can be used in a wide range of ways to improve your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. well being improves, that you can cope better with difficult situations, and that you will feel more settled and balanced in yourself. Some crystals are more readily available, and much cheaper than others. Certain ones can be expensive, especially the rarer or higher vibration stones, but i have found that if you shop around you can find what you are looking for.

Cleansing and Charging

Running water and sunlight, Hold the stone under vrunning water and visualize imbalance flowing away. Place in sunlight to dry and to recharge.........   Sound...... Strike or ring a singing bowl, bell, or tuning fork near the crystal for efficient energetic cleansing.

Incense smoke........... Incense has always been used to cleanse and consecrate, Burn some incense and pass the stone several times through the smoke.

Salt....... Place the crystal in a bowl and cover with dry sea salt. Leave to stand over night. Avoid placing crystals in salt water as it corrodes the surface.

Essence sprays...... Spray the stone with a cleansing flower and gem essence.
